Jobeas's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How Jobeas Uses Google Data

When you choose to sign in with Google or connect your Gmail account, Jobeas requests access to the following Google OAuth scopes:

• Sign-in (openid, userinfo.email, userinfo.profile) — to authenticate you and create or link your Jobeas account using your Google profile name and email address.
• Email sending (gmail.send) — to send job application emails (such as resumes and cover letters) from your own Gmail address when you explicitly choose to send them through Jobeas.

What We Access, Store, and Share

• We store OAuth access and refresh tokens, token expiry, and your Gmail address to maintain your Gmail connection and send emails you initiate.
• We do not read, store, or analyze the contents of your Gmail inbox or mailbox.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, or creditworthiness purposes.
• We do not sell or transfer Google user data to third parties such as advertising platforms or data brokers.
• We do not use Google user data to train or improve machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
